- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company & it's website! Always have great bargains & fantastic offers on all things Yankee. Follow them On Facebook as well, always friendly & willing to help at all times of the day & night! Website is so easy to follow & everything is so well laid out. Love the loyalty points, what better reason to shop with them again! Postage is very reasonable & always so quick. - I have used Yankee direct three times now and I honestly can't fault them. The prices are great and they have some fantastic offers. I particularly loved their tart offers, 10 for the price of 8. The postage prices are very good and delivery was fantastically quick. I also follow them on Facebook which is great for keeping up to date with the current offers and sharing views with other Yankee lovers. I've used several sites to satisfy my Yankee addiction but I can't recommend this site highly enough. Regards, Clare.
- I have used various Yankee suppliers, but Yankee Direct has got to be the best one. My orders come well packaged and always a quick delivery time. The team are fantastic. If you can't find what you want a quick e mail is all it takes. I won't use anyone else now. Regards, Joyce.
- Yankee Direct website is so simple to use and I found everything I wanted in seconds. What's more they had a special offer on large jars and I was able to get 3 for the price of 2 plus that enabled me to receive a free gift and I got loyalty points. If I keep using the website for my gifts I'll be able to save up my loyalty points and treat myself, keep up the good work. Anon

- Excellent website - very easy to use and every month there are some great special offers. So far I have ordered twice from the website and both times there has been excellent communication and a very speedy service. The products are lovely and are very good value and the packaging is excellent. I love the printed boxes as well - an extra touch which makes me smile when the parcel arrives! looking forward to doing some Christmas shopping on the site very soon! - Dear Sir/Madam I would like to say to everyone at Yankee Direct how impressed I am with your service. I ordered two large jar candles at 3.30 on Wednesday, had an email 30 minutes later to say they had been posted and received the parcel Thursday morning. I have previously purchased Yankee candles from a well known shopping channel where the candles were 25 percent more expensive, the postage twice the price and the parcel took 6 days to arrive.
