What are Loyalty Points and how do they work?
To show our appreciation for shopping with Yankeedirect.com we have launched our NEW Loyalty point scheme. You will earn loyalty points on all your purchases with us as long as your order has a value of over £10.00. Loyalty points can then be used as payment towards your future purchases.
For every full £10.00 you spend with us, you will earn 50 points (50 points = 50p) Loyalty points are not given on postage charges.
How much are they worth?
50 Loyalty Points has a value of 50p, so for every full £10.00 you spend on the website we will give you another 50p to spend in the future. Spend £10.00 and you will get 50 points, spend £20.00 and you will get 100 points and so on.
How do I use my Loyalty Points?
To use your loyalty points, simply login to your account at the top of the homepage and add your purchases to your shopping basket. At checkout you can opt to pay for your purchases using your loyalty points.
How do I check my Loyalty Points?
To check your loyalty points, please "login" to your account at the top of the homepage. Once logged in you can opt to view your loyalty points.
What do I have to do to be part of this Loyalty scheme?
As soon as you place your first order with us, you will be asked at checkout for your delivery details as well as a password. From then on,provided you are logged into your account, you will automatically earn points for every full £10.00 you spend with us. You can then login to view your account via the login link at the top right of our website.
Is there a “Use By” Date on my Loyalty Points?
No, Loyalty Points can be saved up, and spent as and when you like.
Terms and Conditions
Points are only given on the value of goods, not on postage and packaging charges.
If you delete your account, you will lose your Loyalty Points, and they will be irretrievable.
We reserve the right to stop issuing Loyalty Points at any time, but any earned Loyalty Points will remain on your account.
We reserve the right to deduct any points which are incorrectly allocated to your account.
