...in no particular order :)

Rach Cowan- Baby Powder

The softness you feel from a babies touch,

A loving scent I know so much,

A glimpse of memories of times gone by,

...A distant sweet smell of a lullaby.

Lisa Howell - Beautiful Day

My favourite Yankee

 Will take you away

 To a luscious green meadow

 Where lambs bleat and play

You can smell the sweet flowers

...Almost taste the ripe fruits

Close your eyes and imagine

You can smell the herbs shoots

No, you're nowhere exotic

Not picture postcard afar

You're just in your lounge

With Beautiful Day in a jar

Rach Cowan- Baby Powder (2nd Entry)

The calming aroma of a childhood rose,

In my living room it softly glows,

In a wrap around my heart,

...Like a childs hug in a candle tart.

Amanda Wootton- Paradise:

The palm trees are swaying the sun’s beating down

These shores are so beautiful my senses are drowned

My hammock is swaying in this warm ocean breeze

...The water like crystals, glistening at me

Where is this place I hear your cry

Coconut bay I whisper and yes its all mine :)

Stephanie Young-  Christmas cookie.

It all started 2010, I was slightly richer back then,

It stood on a shelf all alone, Christmas cookie i'll give you a home, ...

Christmas cookie it’s more than a name,

It’s the scent I entirely blame,

For starving my Yankee addiction,

A word which causes much friction,

christmas cookie its my favourite scent,

but its from where the madness did descent.

 Andrea Forrester- Rain Washed

The fresh smell of washing - just touched by rain,

They took it away - an absolute pain..

Yankee called it Rain Washed, the freshest by far,

I only had samplers and never a jar...

So please Yankee hear me as I call for its return...

...The freshest, the bestest and my favourite to burn....

Emma Kelly- Creamy Caramel

Creamy Caramel, with your gorgeous smell,

a scent so true to life you really cant tell.

You fill my home with a scent thats good enough to eat, sugary, warm and oh so sweet.

...A childhood memory, one I will always remember, and one suitable to burn from Jan-December!

Amanda Wootton- Tahitian Flower

Lush green trees and exotic flowers

I could lay here for days hours by hour

The birds overhead their song so serene

...The sound of the waterfall cascading by me

My senses are filled with that sweet subtle smell

Yes, Tahitian Tiare flower I know it so well.

 Lisa Parascandolo

Once I had cupboard that was completely bare,

A few dust bunnies hiding in there,

It was lonely and sad, what could I do?

I filled it with a Yankee jar candle or two.

Once I room that was boring and dull,

...No life, no love, just full of woe,

I opened that cupboard and took out a jar candle,

Lit the wick and with no pre-amble,

The most beautiful smell flooded the room,

I fell in love, my heart went zoom!

Once I had a house that was empty and cold,

Now each room is filled with fragrance so bold,

Warm and inviting, so full of life,

Smells that make you forget all your trouble and strife.

I once had a cupboard that was completely bare,

Open it now and there are Yankees everywhere,

Sparkling Snow, Beautiful Day and Early Sunrise,

The only question is now how do I decide?

Tarts and jars, new fragrances to learn

But my favourite of all is Macintosh to burn.

Emma Kelly– Bahama Breeze

Bahama Breeze, scents the whole room in a fruity throw with ease,
Takes me away to a tropical place, and puts a huge smile on my face.

Like a tropical cocktail so cool and fresh,
refreshing with each and every breath.

In true Yankee Style a scent thats true to life, with a cute picture too,
Im recommending Bahama Breeze, from me to you.
