Terms & Conditions
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. During busy periods and postal strikes deliveries may however take longer, but we will always aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours during these times. Please be aware that delivery to any country outside of the UK can take up to 14 working days.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit Maestro, and Laser) as well as Paypal Payments. All online payments are processed through Realex Payments Ltd.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund provided that the products are returned to us complete and in a perfect condition (unused, and in their original packaging.) Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us to inform us of any return.

To return any products to us, pack the items in the same packaging as delivered to you and print the return address (which will feature on your invoice.)
If you place an order for delivery please ensure that you are available to receive your order or collect it from the post office. Should you be unable to collect your order and it is returned to us we will forward on any costs incurred from this re delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item is damaged or missing from your box when you receive your order please let us know as soon as possible and no more than 5 days of receipt. Your order, posted through Royal mail deliveries should take no more than 5 working days to arrive, and as such we will allow claims to be made 12 days after the date of purchase- not before. You must keep all original packaging for possible return to us. Should the faulty items not make it back to us we will require proof of postage.
Should an item arrive broken, please be aware that we may ask for a photograph of the damaged product, or have it returned to us (any delivery costs will be paid for by Yankeedirect.com)
Yankeedirect.com accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions.
All colours and images on the site are representative only.
Yankeedirect.com cannot be held responsible for any postal delays which are outside our control.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
